During your child\u2019s first year, if you still feel emotionally vulnerable, or you are experiencing postpartum depression, a perinatal bereavement or another problem, you can become a PamperedMama, either for the first time or again. <br><br>\n\nIf you find yourself in this situation, remember that you\u2019re not alone and that we're here to provide you with support and a friendly ear. SuperMamans volunteers, the GiftMamas, will mobilise and bring you a home-cooked meal to support you during this difficult time. If you\u2019d like, the GiftMama can also stay a little while to chat and share some time together.  \n\n<br><br>\nIf your baby blues symptoms continue, we recommend that you contact your main perinatal healthcare provider, such as your gynaecologist or midwife, or your family doctor, who will aid you in getting the help you may need.
